Judy’s Vintage Skirt, long black crinkly Gypsy style. And matching black and white tunic top. Early 90’s style. I bought them 1992 and wore 3 or 4 times. Fun to wear to a festival. Skirt is free flowing and both are by JUDY’S. Made in USA 🇺🇸. Excellent condition. 100% Rayon Skirt Approx length 36”. Skirt Stretch Waist: 11” (22”) Tunic Top: Pit to Pit 19”, Length 32”.

josephineskinne @kelombard Good evening. I have measured the skirt waist (stretch band) and laying flat 11” straight across. 22” around. There is plenty of “give” in the waist band. I hope this answers your question. 😊🌷
