Vintage Betsey Johnson Corset Tutu Dress

Beautiful and elegant 90's Vintage dress with metal boning and a tutu layered skirt. The top is sturdy and stretchy. It's in exceptional pre-loved condition with just a minor run (last photo right side). It's in the folds so it can't be seen unless you're specifically looking. Model wears a 4-5, says Large but I think it should be labeled a medium. Please refer to measurements. Approx Measurements flat Length shoulder to hem 36" Bust armpit to armpit 14-16" Waist 12-13.5"
