@teachtye they were made in China. As far as where they were designed and cut I'm not sure but I bought them out of Los Angeles California. As far as size go my sister is in the second picture and normally wears a medium top. She has on a small denim jacket. So I would say they run a little big thanks for checking me out you have a great day.
