pama71748@katiescoggins YES! MOST DEFINITELY. They can file a judgment against her and make her pay the value. or return clothes. We all need to stick together and stop this scamming.

Jan 13Reply

pama71748@katiescoggins with this a lot of people should block her. A lot less people she can scam. Go to your local police department and file charges.

missy256Bless your heart. I don't know how you trust a trade after that. You will not have to worry about that with me. This is despicable!

Oct 13Reply

amy1118Fyi...u can contract your local police and open a case of mail fraud and online fraud. They will look Into it and mail fraud is a huge deal. Keep all your Info to submit. Mail fraud is a federal case. She will be caught

Oct 13Reply

katiescoggins@missy256 i totally trusted her..i never had any doubts. She was texting me non stop exchanged numbers..she even sent me a fake receipt showing she shipped all my stuff..im serious! Then she quit answering my texts. Then i put the tracking # in on usps. And its invalid....unbelievable..so plz pass this on...im beyond upset..bc i packed it up all nice and gave her amazi2stuff and free gifts...😔😔😔

Oct 13Reply

katiescoggins@amy1118 are u serious? I can do that? I mean i know i wont get my stuff back. But she can catch a charge for this?

Oct 13Reply

katiescoggins@amy1118 TY SO MUCH FOR LETTING ME KNOW SHE CAN GET CAUGHT!! I TOTALLY APPRECIATE IT !!!

Oct 13Reply

amy1118@katiescoggins people don't realize they can do this .....there are consequences for screwing people I know because it happened to me and the lady was fined 1000.00 and possible jail time. I did have to provide proof of the prices but she did not get away with it. People can be awful and need to be stopped

Oct 13Reply

missy256@katiescoggins that makes me so sad. If I took a loss like that in my situation it would put me out and I probably wouldn't eat for a few days. These sells mean everything to me. I can not imagine what this feels like but I can only imagine it was devastating. I'm glad it didn't make you so bitter you didn't want to trust.

Oct 13Reply

amy1118Also screen shot everything before she deletes her account, save shipping receipt, let posh know u r filing a case and they will cooperate when police ask for her personal info

Oct 13Reply

katiescoggins@amy1118 her account is suspended from posh right now bc she was stealing labels. Somehow. Like making a BUNDLE with people at $3. Printing label. Then canceling order ..so she didnt have to pay the $3 and shipping...i tried to report her. And no message back from posh support...yea ,i need the money i make off here ..it def has set me back on everything..and bills..i hope she gets in trouble ima go tomorrow to police station..

Oct 13Reply

katiescoggins@amy1118 hey, i have a question. I have a order i need to ship out. But i have to use 2 boxes .. how do i get 2 labels for 1 order? Do u have any idea? I sent posh a message..and i haven't heard back

Oct 13Reply

amy1118@katiescoggins. You would have to tape boxes together to make it one box ...otherwise usps will charge a second postage. They wont allow 2 seperate packages have same tracking number ...onewill get returned to you

Oct 13Reply

katiescoggins@amy1118 oh. No ! I cant do that bc they arw both really big boxes ..dang

Oct 13Reply

Nov 30Reply

poshmandyzI’m so sorry you had to go through this!!! You must not trust a trade with someone you don’t know. Poshmark doesn’t encourage trades because neither party is protected and this is the reason why. Please be mindful of this. There are exceedingly good people on Poshmark, but there is always a bad seed or two.

Nov 30Reply

aj9063910Please let us know what city & State she’s in. Also any other pertinent info like phone # even though it’s probably a burner phone. I hope you filed charges against her & Im so sorry someone took advantage of you like this ! You’re a great customer & your closet is fabulous. Please always remember, no transactions off of Posh ! Have a good week

Dec 10Reply

carlys5584Well I also found someone trying to scam people by selling Fake Uggs. Uggs don’t come in 1/2 sizes so that’s the first red flag I found. So be careful when buying Uggs. Her name is Tallencos

Dec 10Reply

carlys5584@katiescoggins I know. I want to trade so bad but have been reading so many things about people getting ripped off I am petrified to lose my stuff. I always go way overboard with my sales so I would do the same with my trades and if I got scammed I would be crushed. So I get it completely. But seriously you know Karma will get her. I know u said you were out a lot of money!!!

Dec 10Reply

carlys5584@katiescoggins and it’s right before the holidays!!!!! She will get hers. Just keep watching her closet and warning people I guess. That’s all we can do. Girls are so mean and it’s sad that the bad things have to ruin it for us trustworthy girls.

Jan 09Reply

power608@katiescoggins yes. That’s a federal offense & horribly despicable to do something so horrible! I pray she got caught 😢😥 so sorry that happened to you

Jan 17Reply

pama71748@katiescoggins unfortunately I was able to intercept my package because it was in the time frame that USPS allowed. cost effective 25$. next, go to your local police department and fill out a theft report. You can file small claims court. I don't care where she lives. She will have to come to you and plead her side. YOU WILL GET A JUDGMENT AGAINST HER. she can do time if it's over a certain amount of $$$,

Jan 13Reply

pama71748@amy1118 Yes! that's what I have been saying. we need to do all we can to stop these scammers. I know for a fact this can be done. I filed charges small claims court keep all information...THIS CAN TURN INTO A FELONY.

Jan 13Reply

pama71748@katiescoggins YES! MOST DEFINITELY. They can file a judgment against her and make her pay the value. or return clothes. We all need to stick together and stop this scamming.
