v_mackinnon @jenna21marie hey I have a question for you, idk who else to ask and I know you sell a ton on here, and I can't get a real person to answer me on posh that's runs the help center.... So I sold a girl Rodan and Fields and she asked me to lower the price because it was expired so I lowered it $100 so I sent it to her she got it and opened a case on the items and said it's useless bc it's expired I told her I want it all back still sealed like I sent them.

v_mackinnon @jenna21marie So will I get my items back before she gets a refund to make sure I get my items? Or do they refund her the money on good faith hoping she will send it back? This happened with a item I sent a few days ago a lady said it leaked so I asked her to ship my item back and posh gave her a refund and she's not gonna ship it back now. I'm sick of this happening and this time it's $200 worth of items and last time it was $60 worth of product....

jenna21marie @v_mackinnon she knew it was expired prior and agreed to the transaction? Did you show posh that? Also from here until January ALL the scammers are out. I have already been hit a few times in the past 2 weeks with similar situations. They know how to work the system to keep the product and get a refund like that lady saying it "leaked".

jenna21marie @v_mackinnon record and take pictures of EVERYTHING and make a no BS post on your page strictly stating your guidelines and that you video record everything!! Also no posh will not refund her until you get the items back. Sadly once you get them she is refunded even if she sends back old fake empty ones which is BS. As soon as its scanned delievered they get refunded pretty quick.

jenna21marie @v_mackinnon feel free to use my post up about recording. I found it on google but its pretty straight forward. Just be careful, im about to honestly stop selling to new people with no ratings or reviews also because I had 3 in a row screw me over in the past week and a half. We aren't retail businesses that can afford hits like this :(
