Deb 🌷Strapless Mini Dress Sz 12 Navy Print

Deb -polyester three layer ruffle strapless mini dress fully lined coral navy light blue tiny print with rust color belt measurements bust 38 waist 40 length 27 dress says size 2XL based on measurements which is what I would go by I would have to say the dress is to the equivalent of a 12/14 as far as the fit goes. Top has elastic there is some stretch not a lot the bust is gathered so there is some fullness there
