@sandra09njhhytt Hi! Yes it’s 95% polyester and 5% spandex. I’m 5’6 and it gets to the knee on me. The best way is to measure from the shoulder, the length is 38 inches. I would think if you need it shortened, a seamstress can take care of it pretty easy.
