gron15@houseofgentry oh these are way too short that’s my problem I’m 5’9😞

Oct 24Reply

cparkereffectsWhat’s the style number of these if you could please?

Nov 05Reply

houseofgentry@cparkereffects I’m sorry- but I don’t tend to give vendor information out. If you need help with fabric content, sizing or measurements, I am more than happy to give you that 🖤✨

Nov 05Reply

cparkereffects@houseofgentry well I was looking for the same exact pair i have posted for sale on my page just in a 29, but ok thank you.

Nov 05Reply

houseofgentry@cparkereffects not a problem. Thanks for understanding.

Dec 06Reply

houseofgentry@brs1726 I actually decided to just go ahead and place my reorder since you reminded me lol I’ll tag you when it’s in next week!

houseofgentry@dynawoman I appreciate your offer. But, unfortunately I can’t do 40-50% off of anything in my closet. I am a small business offering BRAND NEW boutique items from my store. Unlike used items, your offer does not cover the cost of this item or the 20% poshmark takes. Thank you for understanding why my counter is so much higher. I am more than happy to work on the price- but it needs to be much closer to actual retail value.

ebmb29Mid or high rise?

Jan 24Reply

houseofgentry@ebmb29 mid rise (9inch rise)

houseofgentry@notneb $15 on a $64 item?! 👀 I am a small business offering BRAND NEW boutique items from my store. Unlike used items, your offer does not cover the cost of this item or the 20% poshmark takes. it needs to be much closer to actual retail value.

Feb 10Reply

houseofgentry@notneb $15 doesn’t even cover what these cost wholesale. These are REQUIRED by this brand to sell at a particular price. It’s called MAP pricing. If a boutique isn’t selling them at the correct price. They will be banned by this vendor. If someone is selling them at that price, they won’t be in business long. I am doing things the right way.

Feb 10Reply

scarpisswag@houseofgentry I really think Poshmark should make it more clear to buyers the difference in price between a used item (much more negotiable) and a NWT item. We shouldn’t have to explain this and I see it explained over and over again throughout the site. It’s frustrating for the seller and buyers who don’t understand how this this works. Ugh!!

Jun 18Reply

nellis808OMG can’t believe the ones that offered $15 UNBELIEVABLE!! And ur so kind to explain!! I don’t even respond to those low ballerz...🙄

Aug 08Reply

houseofgentry@nellis808 you’d be surprised how many don’t actually realize that I’m a legitimate business- you should try it, I’ve had some purchase at my asking!

Aug 08Reply

nellis808@houseofgentry yeah I have to clean out my closet I have lots of nice things but my prices are so low already and peeps want it for practically free. if I like something, really love something I jus buy it at asking and don’t bother doing offers...hahaha & end up buying too much!!

Aug 08Reply

wlovefrommtcan you please send me the same offer with shipping tomorrow evening sometime please

Aug 20Reply

watsonfamily4Are these still available?

Sep 10Reply

watsonfamily4?????????

Sep 10Reply

houseofgentry@watsonfamily4 yes

Sep 12Reply

gabr20Dumb question. I’m really in between sizes. I usually go down but if there’s zero give I can’t. Are these giving at all. Kancan usually does even when they say they don’t.

Feb 27Reply

houseofgentry@gabr20 these so have a good amount of stretch! 🥰 there is a 2% stretch

Feb 27Reply

gabr20@houseofgentry thank you!!!

Feb 27Reply

spiketWill you be reordering this jeans? I would love to have a pair

Mar 01Reply

nscheu2011Thank you for sharing my listing!!

Mar 13Reply

houseofgentry@kennonrushing thank you for your offer. This is one of my best sellers and I can not go that low. Sending what I’m willing to sell them for, at retail value.

Apr 25Reply

melissatorres31Hi! Will you be getting any more size 27? Thank you

Jun 04Reply

houseofgentry@melissatorres31 yes! Towards august, they should be restocked. Vendor is completely sold out!

Jun 04Reply

melissatorres31@houseofgentry ok thanks, I’ll check back later!

Jun 04Reply

melissatorres31Actually I usually wear a size 3/4... would you recommend the 25 or 26?

Jun 05Reply

houseofgentry@melissatorres31 I would recommend: •size 25 for a size 2 •size 26 for a size 4 These are labeled by the vendor in Junior/Euro sizing. I add the women’s sizing (even numbers) for better reference- most of my customers are over 30 🥰

Jun 05Reply

melissatorres31@houseofgentry thank you so much : ) I am thinking about it

Jun 05Reply

abbe1216mid or high rise?

Oct 05Reply

Oct 07Reply

houseofgentry@fatty8 yes! Really comfy. Very stretchy but stick true to your size

Oct 07Reply

fatty8@houseofgentry ok, and is there stretch in the waistband?

Oct 07Reply

houseofgentry@fatty8 yes. There’s is 2% spandex in this fabric
