She sold me a LV bag that she said is in good condition and it smells like smoke, has a cigarette burn on it and is cracking and peeling on the corners! She blocked me so I can’t even comment and try to resolve this. She said I got a great ‘deal’ but its not the money, she mis represented the bag and now just throws her hands up and walks away! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

ambii1982 @ms_jenn_a I did, but I accepted the purchase, without looking at the bag closely since I wanted her to get paid right away. So once I looked at the bag, it is in completely unacceptable condition. I messaged her about it, and she immediately blocked me. So my bad for being trusting and trying to help her get paid faster, I wasn’t available when it was delivered and wouldn’t be for a few days, but I won’t do that again!!

formatina @emilyssales2 She just sold 3 replicas & actually sent them with forged authenticity certificates to Poshmark for Authentication! All 3 were rejected by Posh. Buyers were refunded and her closet is still up! 😡

emilyssales2 What is Poshmarks deal. There letting this con artist run a scam operation? Why isn't she shut down and blocked from making a new account??? I am filing a suit against her in my case from August at my local court. Im going to call and report her to her local law enforcement office as well. I hope everyone else affected by her does too. PS I have a suspicion that she has multiple account with different names posing as other people. be careful of any one selling a lot of LV stuff shipping fromNC

emilyssales2 I also did some digging on her. She is a real person residing at the address she used in my case. Carly Hicks is a registered felon and has been convicted in multiple crimes including grand larceny. She has been in and out of prison for at least the last 10 years. She had identity theft dUIs theft you name it on her record. She is BAD BAD news!
