Hi💖 I’m Maryam. That’s my furbaby Mooshie & our Cockatoo rescues: Handsome & Emma. Due to my chronic pain/arthritis (my shoulder blades grind against my rib cage) & chronic migraines, as a result from an injury sustained in 2007, & healthcare turning a blind eye, my condition worsened with time. Not being able to hold a FT job, Posh is my sole source of income.❗️FINALLY began shoulder surgeries Oct 2020 & have had 6 operations up until October 2023; last surgeon messed up leaving me w/permanent damage. Many others, like myself, suffer quietly. We look “fine” on the outside, but we are hurting on the outside. We cannot turn our bodies inside out, so please be kind to those who grieve the person they once were, and the life they once had.
