RARE*This a drop dead gorgeous rich dark brown mink fur stole! This was brought back from Japan in the 1950’s from my grandfather (Navy man) as a gift for my grandmother 💕 I included some history of the Siberian Fur Store. Though it says “Hong Kong”, there was also a store in Japan in the 50’s. This piece is just beautiful and the silk lining is in EXCELLENT vintage condition. A true gem and rare piece of history. califgal1963 Love the story about your grandparents. It's a beautiful piece. Today at a local Goodwill store I found a gorgeous wrap for $3.99. Real fur or not it is gorgeous and what I think is a rare piece. It's in almost new condition. I was hoping you would know where I could find information about it. The piece so gorgeous real fur or not it has found its furever home with me.

califgal1963 I would love to send you pictures. The inside is lined with dark brown silk like material. Stitched are delicate gold flowers.The label is black and looks handsewen. Sewn on the label top left smaller printed in gold is Expert Furthers. Middle of the label bottom left across the label to top right corner in script larger bold gold font is Siberian Fur Store. Bottom right corner is the word Tokyo in small gold print font. There are no other labels or markings I can find.
