Authentic Vintage 1950s Felt Circle Poodle Skirt- Waist measures 26” zipper and button closure. Fits my size 6 Mannequin perfectly. This skirt made it to the Hop for sure. It’s pre-loved with some minor staining and pilling of the felt. A little TLC and it could be restored easily. Needs the crinoline to go under it which will make the skirt flare out and the adorable poodle Appliqué will be more visible. A
