M Samuel Ding white zip up stand up collared blouse with ruffle detail: detailing is wired for bendable positioning to your preferred style! True classy lady piece! Cuffs are French cuffed with buttons. Collar can pop up or lay down. This blouse would look amazing with a pop of color statement necklace. There are two small imperfections on the blouse: one under the cuff on the left side looks like faint lip gloss that could more than likely be removed. There is one small mark on back (see photo)

What is the measure in the chest?

@ikeryxime1 yes! The chest measures about 39in around however the material is stretchy too
