@inreynaorshine Hi! I think this dress is true to size. It is cut a little shorter because it is a petite size. The dress fits me and I generally measure 34" in the bust and 26" in the waist. The hip area can fit a variety of sizes as it is pleated and not fitted in the hips. I hope this is helpful.
