Jacket is bolero style with bell sleeves, puffed shoulder & back tie. Made of embossed velvet and embellished with lace & trims.
Skirt is Victorian style with bustled back, cascading side ruffles & high-low hem. Made of satin with lace trim.
Both are pieces are handmade with raw edge inner seams. My daughter wore it last year at the age of 9.
