Ledin x Tibi maroon taffeta circle skirt Euro 40

The dark red taffeta of this skirt is soft & flexible w great drape. The skirt has a 2" waistband with decorative buttons, a side zip, & some elastic in the back to ease the fit. Labeled China L, Euro 40. Unstretched, the flat measure across the waistband is 13" / 34cm; 28" is probably the upper limit of waist that could use it. It is 19.5" long overall.
