*NWT* This is a gorgous peplum top by City Chic. Its pink floral with a double ruffke peplum bottom and bell sleeves. Pictures dont do this top justice. It has a side zipper for eaae and comfort. Dressed up or down, its a sure winner! Easy care-machine washable.
