Endless possibilities for wearing this tunic. The outer layer is mesh. The inner layer is a stretchy tank. The sleeves have 2 tiers with gathers on each. Front embellished with ornate jewels. Bottom is gathered and has elastic that unstretched is 20" and stretched is 23" on the Small. Pit to pit of the outer layer is 23" and length 28". 94% Rayon and 6% Spandex. Handwash cold and dry flat.
