kfab333@kathleenr7 happy to help! ☺️the buttons are working buttons- and the material has stretch- the measurements unstretched in the medium- bust is 18 inches lying flat - if you are uncertain I would size up - the great thing about this dress is it doesn’t cling but it doesn’t stretch out too far either!
