Darling white swan print blouse with cap sleeves, pleats on front, buttons at back, fully lined. Some loose threads at the hem where it’s tacked (could easily be stitched back or taken out altogether). Couple untreated spots on the front near the neck but not that noticeable as they are between pleats. Faint blue-ish spots on the back. I hand washed and hung to dry on a black wooden hanger not realizing it would transfer. Still an adorable blouse. 🦢 • 100% Cotton • Girls 3T
