everlilyrain@rotalia Good afternoon Talia! The length, measured in the back from the bottom of the “U” that would lay around your neck is 33.5”. No, it does not have sewn in arm holes, it’s more of the wrap style. “Soft” is subjective, but I have very sensitive skin, and yes, I would call it soft - similar to a lightweight flannel. I just love the colors of this poncho! If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
