Waist is 31 in
Bust is 36 in. (Measured around under armpit area)
Sleeves are 23 in (measured from shoulder to end of sleeve) there is elastic at end of sleeve so arm length shouldn't be an issue unless the person is very tall.
The dress is a size 4. Very pretty. Nice material.
