LAST CHANCE Tobi navy lace skater dress strapless embroidered

LAST CHANCE - being donated at end of October! Size medium dress from Tobi. 100% polyester. Fully lined, lace overlay. Padded cups. Zip up back, hook and eye at top of zipper is a bit bent but still functional. Navy blue, floral cross stitch embroidery on bodice. Shown on size small (4) dress form. Seems to fit a bit on the small side. Waist flat 13.5”. Waist to hem 21”. Total length 28”. Bust hard to measure with the cups and elastic but dress form bust is 33.5”. In good condition with some pulls and pilling. Freshly washed. Inv# U25
