qlamorous_babii@calichick4ever hi the Nylon part is a heavy duty material (like for a heavy coat) but I would not say it’s 100% water proof but the rubber part of the shoes are for sure. The height for the shoe from sole up is 14 inches. Measurements are based on a size 7 it varies a bit on different sizes.
