* Cindy Lee brand dress is light and semi-sheer. * Elastic waist helps keep the dress fit and formed around the middle. * Embellished designs of gold and navy blue. * Tie sleeves and pockets adds a fun and feminine flare. *Has some spots toward the bottom hem of the dress that is barely noticeable (see last two pictures). Otherwise, dress has been gently worn and in fantastic condition.
