Velvet maxi dress

Sleek elegant velvet maxi. Spaghetti-strap bodice with a straight neckline. Long skirt features delicate floral embroidery at the hem. Luxurious fabric with a refined, evening-ready look. It has super sparkly flowers and a slit in the back. The pictures don’t show how sparkly it is. It’s navy with straps that cross in the back. There’s no size tag and it’s stretchy. A part of the straps were folded to make it shorter so there’s some wear there but it’s not noticeable when looked at closely. The last picture shows both straps. Other than it’s in great condition.
