I took the watch to a local jeweler and he replaced the battery and it still doesn’t work. He said there must be something mechanical issue that only the company can fix.
Can I return this for a refund? I didn’t mind replacing the battery but since it is more than that, I cannot afford to replace the mechanics.

@jemcoy maybe take it somewhere else. There is definitely nothing wrong witb it except needing a battery. Its like brand new
