caseybutler79@kayaflowers I’m pretty sure it is new. I bought them with plans to take them out and do a mother/daughter picture and never made it. I don’t recall her ever wearing it. I take that back I did take her photo in it. So she wore it for maybe an hour. I’ll look it over when I get home.
