Adorable Zara striped romper dress

This is such a cute summer dress with pockets! The fabric is nice quality, and vertical blue stripes give it a summer feel. Strings cross in front and tie in the back, but you can tie it however you want (without the front cross). Little pink and blue Pom poms at the ends of the strings. This looks like a dress but there are shorts underneath.
