Taken w/garment laid flat & relaxed/unstretched ONE SIDE ONLY across/down front unless otherwise specified thus pls double for approx circum when appropriate Waist 15.5" (has a bit of stretch to approx 17" or so give or take is what I got NOT AN EXACT AMT PLS DONT RELY ONSTRETCH Hip 18" Rise 8" Inseam 34" long inseam Leg opening 8.5"
