Two-toned purple dress. Inner layer is stretchy and outer layer is like a stretchy netting. Belt part is satiny and ties in a bow in the back. Has a couple of small spots and tiny snags (last two pics) but aren’t noticeable. Pricing with this in mind. 13-14" across belt (this area does not offer much stretch as the rest does). 23" from bottom of belt to bottom hem. 30" armpit to bottom hem. Chest is 6" from strap to top of belt and 4" middle of chest to top of belt. Straps not adjustable.
