Only used once, perfect working condition. My mom got one and loved it so she bought one for me and I’m just not a huge fan. I have super thick curly hair, and it does work, but I still feel the need to go over it with a flat iron so not worth it to me, but if you have thinner hair I think it would be perfect for you!
