This is a brand new dress from BANANA REPUBLIC, purchased from the retail store (NOT factory outlet). I removed the tags because I was afraid that it would snag the eyelet fabric while being stored in the closet. The color is either black or a very dark navy blue. Zipper closure on the back. Perfect transitional piece from office to dinner.
