Very cute Debra Rodman plaid dress. Lots of beautiful details-empire waist, 2 puckered pockets, lace inset at the V (front and back), matching plaid tie in the back, silver band running across the bottom. Nice deep V and flares out slightly (like a petticoat) when on. I wore this in the winter with a black or white long sleeve tee or turtleneck. Gothic Lolita or Harajuku style vibes.
