gabe08203 @jfumia04 circumference is 6 inches and 3/8. Diameter is 2.5 inches at the widest point. The band is a little over half an inch on the front side (the widest/thickest).

gabe08203 @mancinld you can slightly bend it in or outward, but you risk the possibility of popping out a stone. A jeweler might be able to adjust it slightly, but not much.
