irisheyesbtq@mmarchesi ok so the size small measures 21.5" from armpit to armpit which I think is big for a size small! I would guess tts if you want it to fit like the model picture or size down one size for a regular fit. Hope that helps. Melissa

irisheyesbtq@mmarchesi the medium is approximately 2 inches wider than the small. I'm going to guess the hip on the medium to be 42" give or take an inch.
