70s velvet and tartan/plaid gown

This gown is just beautiful. Soft Velvet bust with tartan taffeta feel lined skirt. Top is accented with rhinestone encrusted buttons (missing rhinestones) back zipper. In great vintage condition with the exception of most of the rhinestones missing on the buttons which doesn't really affect the overall look of the dress. Teena Paige.
