The measurements are taken when the dress is on a flat surface, because the back of the bust has elastic on it, it shrinks when not on the body. That’s why it measures smaller. But it is a true size Small, and fits like a glove. If it doesn’t, you can return it. ☺️

rougelips@jennifergr0519 You know what? I looked again at the chart, and you are right, there is an error, I just pulled the dress and re-measured it - the waist is 13.5 across, so 27” at waist. And the bust is 34”. Both are elastic in the back, so will add about another inch if needed. I tried this dress on myself before and it is super comfy

wretherford@xo4esh I'm sorry for the confusion. It might be the way the picture was taken in the first photo. It doesn't look like your buttons. Haha but then the last picture you see it pretty good so I didn't know if it was two different ones it's just similar to what the model is wearing and some people do that try to find a photo that similar to the dress they're selling so I didn't know if it was the exact same dress that the blond is wearing

But yes, buttons all the way through. That’s why I post close up photos and details of the dresses without the models.
