If the pit to pit is 25.5” across, is it 15.5” at hips? at lowest and highest part of ruching? How wide across is it at these points and also at estimates waist? I need more fabric around my hips and belly than my chest. Think A-line.

@barbieliever Hi I just remeasured the bottom is approximately 24 inches across and the length of the blouse from shoulder to bottom is 27 inches. It is stretchy material. I can help you let me know
