New red skirt, fully lined. Brand new, never worn. Size medium. Has 6” zipper in back. Waist measures 14” across Laing flat. Length measures 20”. Has 5 1/2” slit in back of skirt. Skirt has never been worn but has been washed. No tag on material content, I would guess it is a rayon/poly polyester blend. Very cute dress skirt. Great for work or party, you can pair with a nice blouse and heels for a sexy Diva look.

Any stretch to it? Also, 4 inches across? That seems odd?

@rwillig 14” across in waist. So it should fit a 28” waistline. I will edit the listing. There is not too much stretch to it. Thanks.
