Honestly it is a very plain black tank dress.
If it’s a fancy or formal wedding it wouldn’t be enough.
A lighter affair wedding would work with some great accessories, shoes, bag, etc.

Also, if you zoom in on the second picture, you can somewhat see it’s a subtle weave fabric. This is a light weight dress.
