jerseyglam @tamera21 Hello! Yes once on the crochet does stretch out. The bust is approx. 16 1/2" across flat one way, the waist 15 3/4" and the length 30" shoulder to hem. The measurements will be larger once on since it stretches out and down. I'm 5'11 about 155 lbs and wear a size 6-8 and it fit me :) Hope this helps!
