I do believe this is a regular size 4 (which would typically mean a 'small'); however, please note that this is a bit of a free flow style (e.g. there is 'give' at the waist, etc.). Hope this helps...I could measure with a tape and post pix if that would help? Please do not hesitate to let me know.
