NWOT Lilly Pulitzer Somerset Dress in Chum Bucket

Beautiful, breezy and comfortable lightweight summer dress. This dress is made out of 100% Pima cotton and has cute ruffled sleeves. I am the second owner, unfortunately it just didn’t quite fit. As far as I can tell this dress has never been worn and has a small tag that looks like it might be from a consignment store or other resale place. This would be a perfect dress for hot days and would transition well into fall with a denim jacket and slip!
