rym_space@swells7516 hello, the width of the shoe is medium, if you would say your feet are short and wide then you should size down because they will be too big on the length sence and they might flap when you walk. However if you usually have to buy bigger shoes(length wise) to accommodate the wide feet then you can stay true to size. Hope this helps
