Creation L Ruffled Collar Jacket

Great jacket that has one hook in the front. Would look nice with jeans or over a dress. Soft feeling and has a little stretch to it. Measurements are: shoulder to shoulder 16”, armpit to armpit 20”,sleeve length 24”, back neckline to hem 29”. Gently used but not abused.
