The tank underneath is smaller and more tight fitting than the knit tank on top is, so I would say its a true XS.

@i_decastro Im a 36-38D and it does fit me, its just too low for me now, Im getting more conservative in my dressing now as I get older. Lol
Measurements are:
Pit to pit: 16” / shoulder strap to sweater hem: 23” (to tank hem: 18”)
