johnviv @abbylop7676 no problem! It is not stretchy and is a high waisted skirt that flares outwards. When I measured it, it was about 29in circumference at the top. Length is about 23.5in long. I'm typically a size 27 in Paige denim and can still fit the skirt if that helps.
