@fashvixen hello there, I tried measuring the top but its kind of difficult due to the way it is constructed. The waist is elastic and stretches quite a bit. By looking at your picture I can say you might be ok with a size small. Also for reference the mannequin is wearing a size small. I can say it runs true to size due to the fact that my friends got this top in their size and it fit them fine.
