combziescloset@aliciasales1 I would say small/medium sized wrist. My wrist is 6.5 inches around and it’s loose on me. The box says fits 7-8 inch around wrist. I hope this was somewhat helpful!

combziescloset@klutz90 I read this on the official Fitbit site: β€œFitbit Alta HR is identical in dimensions to the Alta. the clasp attachment system for bands is identical. the only way you can tell the Alta and the Alta HR apart is to look at the back side of the tracker itself where you will see the new optical HR sensor (and a tiny new "fitbit" brand on the lower part of the screen on the HR).” Hopefully this helps! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
